1. Service Description

Listry is a list management application that allows you to create, organize, share, and collaborate on lists — from gift wishlists to collections of places. The Service is provided free of charge for personal use.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 14 years old to use Listry. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately at contact@listry.me if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
• Distribute malware or harmful content through the Service
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure

5. User Content

• You retain ownership of all content you create on Listry (lists, items, images, etc.).
• By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
• You are solely responsible for the content you upload and share.

6. Intellectual Property

The Listry name, logo, and all related trademarks, designs, and software are the property of Listry. You may not use our branding without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Listry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under EU consumer protection law.

8. Termination

• You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings.
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
• Upon termination, all your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer provisions of the law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings there. You may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at EU ODR Platform.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
